Tapes:

Electrolyte, Anode and Cathode tapes are available in a variety of thicknesses, widths, compositions and porosities for applications such as SOFC, oxygen / hydrogen generation and sensors. The tapes can be used in one-part or multi-part (composite) structures, and in combination with Franklin AM pastes.

Pastes:

Electrolyte, Anode, Cathode and Conductor pastes are available in a variety of compositions suitable for screen printing or dispensing. The pastes can be used in one-part or multipart (composite) structures for SOFC, oxygen / hydrogen generation, sensor and other applications, and in combination with Franklin AM tapes. Fired structures may be suitable for subsequent infiltration with catalytic and/or electronically conductive materials.

SOFC Cells and Components:

Complete and half SOFC cells, and electrolyte supports are available in a variety of material compositions suitable for applying production or development electrodes, or for test system correlation / validation.

Powders:

Anode and cathode materials are available in powder form, in a variety of material compositions and surface areas for use in a one-part or multi-part (composite) SOFC, oxygen / hydrogen generation and other applications.

Manufacturing Materials:

Vehicles and thinners suitable for paste development and/or adjusting of pastes are available in a variety of solvent systems, polymer types and loading levels. Cover plates are available in the composition, porosity, thickness and size for a variety of firing applications where it will be in contact with a component. Formats include “Green” (unfired) rolls, standard sizes, with custom compositions and sizes / configurations also available.
