About Franklin Advanced Materials

Franklin Advanced Materials develops and manufactures specially engineered materials for wide range of industrial markets which include; fuel cells, hybrid microelectronics, multilayer microelectronics, electronic components, photovoltaic solar cells, sensors, and other thick-film interconnect or metallization applications. Our headquarters and recently expanded manufacturing facility is located in Pottstown, Pennsylvania. We offer these specialty materials and components to customers around the world, providing custom materials development, component fabrication, and state-of-the-art testing services. In addition to industrial customers, we also offer custom materials and services to companies, universities, and labs that are engaged in research and development activities.

Our roots began with solid oxide fuel cells utilizing our unique solid oxide fuel cell (SOFCs) technology that operates directly on current fuels such as diesel and gasoline and can operate on future fuels such as bio-fuel and hydrogen. Through years of technology and product development, our scientists and engineers have gained a broad knowledge base in developing pastes, tapes and fired ceramic components in a rapid, cost effective, and scalable manner. This knowledge enables Franklin Advanced Materials to provide off the shelf solutions and custom specific designed products to meet our customer’s needs.
