Frank P. Slattery, Jr.

Frank Slattery is Chairman of Franklin Fuel Cells, Learned Optimism, Inc., Polymedics, Inc., MedGel Technologies, Inc., formerly EIEICO, Inc., Probaris Technologies, Inc. and NanoSelect, Inc. He is currently on the Board of Knite Technologies, Inc., Knite, Inc., Layton Bioscience, Inc., and Healthworks, Inc. Frank is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Main Line Health, Inc. and is a Trustee of The Franklin Institute. Frank holds a B.A. from Princeton University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania.

Scott Ungerer

Scott Ungerer, EnerTech Capital Co-Founder and Managing Partner: Scott has been a power and energy sector investor for 12 years. He founded EnerTech Capital in 1996 and is one of the pioneers of energy technology venture investing. He combines extensive industry operations experience with ten years of successful venture investing. Scott’s investing activities focus primarily on opportunities in software and engineered solutions. His specific areas of interest and responsibility include opportunities in electric power generation, transmission, and distribution; power line carrier; natural gas distribution; and combustion engine technologies. Scott was previously a 16-year power industry executive with Atlantic Energy. During his tenure at Atlantic, he rose from the ranks of the junior engineering staff to become President and COO of the company’s non-regulated enterprises and an officer of the parent corporation. While leading the non-regulated division, Atlantic Energy Enterprises (“AEE”), Scott was responsible for creating three new businesses and managing assets that generated more than $200 million in annual revenue. Scott received a BS in mechanical engineering from Princeton University.

Tucker Twitmyer

Tucker Twitmyer joined EnerTech Capital in 2002 as a Principal and was elected to the partnership in 2004. He specializes in advanced materials, software, and engineered solutions focused on energy and power industry opportunities. Prior to EnerTech, Tucker was a Managing Director at Katalyst, a private equity services firm and $30 million venture capital fund, where he was a member of the executive team, ran the Philadelphia office and was a member of its venture fund investment committee. Previously, Tucker was a management consultant with Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, where he rose to the level of senior manager in the communications strategy practice. Tucker began his career as an IT and operations project manager with MultiServ, the largest provider of specialized recycling and transportation services to the steel industry. He earned an M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a B.A. degree in Political Science from the University of Pennnsylvania.

Robert Sanders

Rob Sanders is a development professional with more than twenty years of experience in energy-related and commercial development finance. Since 1999, Rob has been employed by The Reinvestment Fund as Managing Director of its Energy Group and Fund Manager of the Sustainable Development Fund, a $32 million fund that provides company and project financing for renewable energy, advanced clean energy and energy conservation technologies. Headquartered in Philadelphia, The Reinvestment Fund is a leading innovator in the financing of neighborhood and economic revitalization with approximately $400 million under management from more than 950 investors. Prior to working with The Reinvestment Fund, Rob held several positions over a fifteen year period in CoreStates Bank’s Corporate Community Development department. These positions included President of the CoreStates Community Development Corporation, Manager of the Community Business Lending Group, and Commercial Loan Officer. Prior to working at CoreStates, Rob was Business Development Specialist with the Philadelphia Commercial Development Corporation, Project Director with the National Economic Development and Law Center ( Berkeley, California), and Project Director with the Madison Development Corporation ( Madison, Wisconsin). Rob’s current organizational affiliations include: Ben Franklin Technology Partners – Investment Advisory Committee, Blue Hill Partners – Advisory Board, Clean Energy Group – Board of Directors, Clean Energy States Alliance – Board of Directors, Pennsylvania Advanced Industrial Technology Fund – Investment Committee, Pennsylvania Climate Change Working Group – Member, Pennsylvania Energy Advisory Board – Member. Rob is a graduate of Stanford University (B.A., 1974) and the University of California, Berkeley (M.C.P., 1980).

John P. Law

John P. Law is Franklin Fuel Cells' President and Chief Executive Officer. John has over 20 years of management and operational expertise in the technology, power and distributed generation industries. An energetic leader, John joined Franklin Fuel Cells in October 2004 to help accelerate the commercialization of the company's innovative technology. John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA in General Management from Union College.
